All answers will be kept 100% confidential. Survey starts October 1st, 2022 and ends January 1st, 2023. Anyone 18 and up can enter the contest by completing our public survey. No purchase necessary. The prize will be a digital $200 gift card for the Ritz-Carlton Spa Ft Lauderdale delivered via email. Once the survey is closed, we will pull a random winner and notify them via email.
